Lori Martin - music

This is a collection of the music that I have enjoyed playing over the years. From Dixieland clarinet, to Big Band Jazz and Combo work.

I am always looking for new musical challenges and opportunities. Listen to my songs and let me know what you think.

Take me out to the Ballgame

  • Oshawa Central Stage Band
  • Lori Martin, Tenor Saxophone

This is a great band arrangement with a great swing feel.
Keep in mind that this is a high-school band where everyone is between 16 and 18 years old and it was recorded on cassette from a “ghetto blaster” on the floor.

This is an original song that was recorded for my grandfather’s 80th birthday in the studio.

A Love that Will Last

  • Lori Martin, Vocals
  • Larry Chown, Guitar
  • Ed Taras, Tenor Sax.

This is a nice bared-down version of a smooth jazz tune. We recorded it in Larry’s basement on his Mac using Garage Band. There was only one condenser mic shared by myself and Ed on tenor sax and I really like the sound it picked up.
